1. Who operates 2Tow
2Tow is a trading service being developed by Engine Union Limited, company number 16067915, registered office 104 Yelverton Road, Coventry, England, CV6 4AH.
2. What this Alpha does
The Alpha provides guide prices, transport requests and controlled test workflows. A guide or request is not a confirmed booking. The named operator must review capability, availability, price and terms before a real transport commitment exists.
3. Prices and payment
Guide prices are estimates based on the supplied route, vehicle condition and provisional operating assumptions. No payment is taken by the current customer request flow. A future checkout must show the named transport provider, exact total, cancellation terms and payment status before commitment.
4. Safe and accurate information
Users must provide accurate route, vehicle, access and authority details. Do not use this scheduled-transport Alpha for an immediate road danger or emergency; call 999 where appropriate.
5. Operator responsibility
The transport provider remains responsible for carrying out its service with the required licence, competence and insurance. 2Tow’s precise agency, payment, cancellation, liability and complaint wording remains subject to the launch approvals recorded in the repository.
6. Changes and concerns
Material job changes must be reviewed before travel. Routine coordination is handled with the assigned operator. Payment, cancellation, damage, custody, privacy and platform concerns use the authenticated review process when enabled.
