1. Who operates 2Tow
2Tow is a trading service being developed by Engine Union Limited, company number 16067915, registered office 104 Yelverton Road, Coventry, England, CV6 4AH.
2. What this private pilot does
This private pilot provides quotes, transport requests and controlled test workflows. An initial quote, request or final quote is not a confirmed booking. The named Operator must review capability and availability, and the test deposit must be verified, before the system can create a test booking.
3. Prices and test payments
Initial quotes are estimates. A final quote records its named Operator, confirmed service scope, collection time, complete total for that scope, test deposit and proposed remaining balance. Stripe may show a test checkout, but no real money is taken. The remaining-balance authority is recorded for testing and is not used to charge a card automatically in this environment.
4. Safe and accurate information
Users must provide accurate route, vehicle, access and authority details. Do not use this scheduled-transport pilot for an immediate road danger or emergency; call 999 where appropriate.
5. Operator and 2Tow roles
The Operator named in the final quote supplies the quoted transport service. 2Tow arranges the test booking workflow. These terms do not create a live transport service; live agency, payment, cancellation, liability and complaint wording still requires the recorded launch approvals.
6. Changes and concerns
A material change to the Operator, route, vehicle, collection time, service scope, price or terms requires a fresh review and quote. Payment, cancellation, damage, custody, privacy and platform concerns use the authenticated review process when enabled.
