1. Controller
Engine Union Limited, trading as 2Tow, is the proposed controller for this Alpha. Company number 16067915; registered office 104 Yelverton Road, Coventry, England, CV6 4AH. The proposed privacy contact is legal@engineunion.co.uk; monitoring and response handling must be tested before live launch.
2. Information used
The Alpha may process account identity, contact details, route and vehicle information, preferred times, operator assignments, workflow events and test evidence metadata. Do not enter real identity or insurance documents until the secure upload and retention controls are approved.
3. Why it is used
Information is used to provide guide prices, review requests, plan and carry out transport, secure accounts, record decisions and test the service. Optional analytics and advertising storage remains off unless a user accepts it through the future cookie controls.
4. Providers
Configured service providers can include Google for address and route lookup, an email delivery provider for sign-in links, and Stripe for sandbox payment/onboarding tests. Each integration is server controlled and remains disabled where its approval or configuration is missing.
5. Retention and rights
Production retention periods, deletion routines and the operational rights-request route must be approved before real customer data is accepted. UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint to the ICO, depending on the circumstances.
